Services provided by Rehab on Site include the following:

• Corporate Disability Analysis An analysis covering current disability management practices, job retention and factors affecting return to work, internal and external resources in current disability management efforts, interviews with stakeholders and a written report of findings and recommendations for action.

• One day seminars Full day seminars are conducted to teach and orient staff how to implement an employer based disability management program.

• Full program development and implementation The development and implementation of all of the program elements in order to introduce a disability management program to a company, including establishing a joint union/management steering committee, policies and procedures to guide the operation of the program, orientation and training for supervisors, staff and employees, establishment of a program evaluation system to monitor results, facilitating the first person through the program and monitoring program operations. Supports conformance with ISO 9000 standards in the human resources area.
